Dio Kurazawa as special adviser to the Innovation Forum

By Global Fashion Agenda

Global Fashion Agenda is pleased to welcome Dio Kurazawa, founder of The Bear Scouts, as special adviser to the Innovation Forum.

Dio Kurazawa and his team will be working with us to strengthen the Innovation Forum at Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2019. Kurazawa and his The Bear Scouts team of supply chain experts support social responsibility and start every project with sustainability as a main focus.

“I’m honoured to join leaders from the fashion sector, NGOs, policy and academia all poised to challenge the fashion industry in a joint effort to reduce the strain we have on our planet’s resources. That being said, I’m even more honoured to work with the amazing Global Fashion Agenda team. The GFA staff work extremely hard to insure all participants have an engaging experience. I look forward to joining such an incredible team,” says Kurazawa.

Kurazawa assists influential brands with the implementation of innovative sustainable solutions through the utilisation and implementation of socially responsible supply chains. Furthermore, Kurazawa serves as Head of Denim of the trend-forecaster WGSN and brings more than 20 years of experience within the fashion industry.

Kurazawa joins several other industry thought leaders on the Copenhagen Fashion Summit advisory team, including: Amber Valletta, Jan Olesen, Julie Gilhart, Marco Lucietti, Miroslava Duma, Shaway Yeh and Veronica Chou.
